Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we have a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

 

Customer will pay $ 4.99 for insured delivery or $ 3.79 for standard uninsured delivery charge if the order is less than $ 39.99 in total, orders over $ 39.99 will be shipped free of charge. Delivery is by UPS, FEd-Ex and USPS and generally takes 5 - 7 days throughout France.

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur.

 

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses

skylinebybaumann.com delivers worldwide.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (s). The tracking number will be active within 4 days.

 

Damage

 

skylinebybaumann.com is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
