Process

 

To receive a refund, you must contact us by email at info@skylinebybaumann.com and provide us with the reason for the return and your order number.

 

Policy

 

Our policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since we received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some situations, only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)

 

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds (if any)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-7 days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you would like to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@skylinebybaumann.com and we will send you a return label.

 

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at info@skylinebybaumann.com and request a return label.

We will only cover the cost of return shipping if the product is incorrect or defective.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
